“Communications excellent and end product stunning! We had 10 stair spindles, a hand rail, base rail and newel post and cap made, all replicas to match exisiting in the refurbishment of our Victorian house. Excellent quality and delivery. Very, very satisfied!!”

“All items arrived damage free well packaged and decent quality for a budget price I thought. A 1/3rd of the price compared to local merchants for this same thing as well. Delivery cost was very fair as my order contained a 4.2m length of handrail. Normally pay a premium when large lengths are involved. Even still when factoring in the delivery cost, way cheaper and a quality products. Would use again! A++”

“I ordered a wooden handrail plus brackets. I emailed the next day to ask if hardwood oil could be added to the order and this was done seamlessly. The items arrived within a few days and were exactly what i required and of a high standard. All in all an excellent service. Ben was the person i dealt with and he was most helpful.”

“I am very happy with all the staircase bits that I ordered from jacksons. No issues with the order or delivery and the products all seem to be great. Having now painted them (not fitted yet) and oiled the handrails I am happy to report they look fantastic.”
