“This rating is not based on Jackson but DPD. The delivery company is a joke have not received trophy and due to a change of circumstances have tried to make alternate address changes which I am still struggling with. I have no faith that I will ever receive the trophy. So Jackson are polite and helpful but no good if delivery company cannot do their job.”

“At first when ordering online when I went to pay the site shut down and in did not know if it had taken money. I phoned and then agreed to send an e mail with my order. I received the order confirmation to say all was ok and it was in process. When I looked quickly at the order I noticed that one of the clubs was spelt wrong, This was despite an email with all info on, I phoned and told the office who assured it would be put right. I have received all of my trophies and guess what the name of the club was spelt wrong on the three trophies for that golf day. On opening all of the trophies (15 of them) two sets were the same which I had not ordered any of the same trophies. I e mailed on sat 11/03 to state this fact.”
“Prior to receiving the product, I was extremely happy with the service and frequency of communication given by staff over email.
Unfortunately, when I received the product, there were scratches on it as well as the engraving and trophy itself being wonky. Not of great quality; granted the cost was only <£25 but still not impressive with the level quality control.”

“Loved the product (golf ball glass case trophy to commemorate a hole in one)- best understated/quality I'd found after a long search). Lovely Father's day gift from the children... Ordered, paid to receive a fairly prompt reply to say not in stock. Given alts to have a resin product, keep the order, or have a refund = fine. Thought it would be a reasonable wait for stock, to get the reply, probably 8 weeks!!! ie not reasonable. Requeasted a refund, no reply on this one, to receive this request, requiring me to ask the bank if the refund had taken place. It has, but manners might have prompted that information... What a shame, it's still a good product. I did request notification when it is in stock - no reply. Can't recommend the service, hope others luckier.. CMD”
