“Ordered trophies online, however different ones sent without prior notification because ones purchased were out of stock even though available on website. Customer’ shouldn’t have to query order. Unnecessary loss of time trying to sort trophies if only we had been notified.”
“Middles not stuck on trophies as I was in a rush I did say i would do them as a bag full was put int eh box with the trophies, tbh not up to normal standards. The small shield with the additional detail would look better at the bottom centre but i take responsibility for that - not actually requesting that. The small shields all have the nails stuck off the wood. I know these have to come off at some point to engrave but they just look a bit unfinished.”

“Quick response with purchase but feel it lacks a little finishing tutch with the packaging as this does not look very good when presenting it to the person who has a hole in one , should have been in a box that looks the part for presentation , this may unfortunately force me to look else were when purchasing again , sorry”
