Prior to receiving the product, I was extremely happy with the service and frequency of communication given by staff over email.
Unfortunately, when I received the product, there were scratches on it as well as the engraving and trophy itself being wonky. Not of great quality; granted the cost was only <£25 but still not impressive with the level quality control.
