“Easy enough to book the holiday. Would have been cheaper direct with Ski World on the day (who I-Ski booked it through), and i-Ski do not appear to respond to emails. Good enough website to navigate, but won't use again. Updated 13.10.17 - price difference was down to room choice, so was there was actually no different on the day. Impressed with their response to my criticism - would now be happy to book again in the future.”

Dear Sir We are pleased that you found our website easy to use and let me apologies profusely for the lack of response to any emails. We certainly do not make a habit of not getting back to customers. However, it appears that we have had an issue with emails of late that has affected a few customers and it has only come to light since your comment here so thank you for bringing this to our attention. The issue has now been rectified. As for the cost on the holiday, we work very closing with our suppliers to make sure that we are able to offer our customers the best price on the market and we have a price match guarantee to ensure this. We have been in touch with Ski World's management who assure us that on the date that you booked the holiday with iSki had you booked directly with Ski World the holiday would have cost exactly the same as what you have paid.
