A couple of things to note. This company will not allow you to pay via credit card - you thus lose any benefit of that payment method. We had to cancel one of our participants giving 61 days notice for which they charged us 60%!. We waited 56 days for our part refund! Won't be booking with Iski again

Fantastic service from start to finish, which is what keeps me coming back to iSki year after year. I have been using them for 8 years plus now. Every trip has been well organised and whenever I have had any issues, such as having to cancel a holiday, they helped me take care of everything and talked me through the process. They are always on hand to give great and friendly advice both pre and post booking. Nick has helped me have fantastic holidays over the years with great recommendations of places to go with his incredible first hand knowledge, recommending a wide variety or resorts, chalets and hotels to suit my varying budgets and types of trip from lively Après, when I have gone away with friends or quieter resorts with family. All the stress of organising a holiday is removed and everything is left to the experts. I will definitely be using them again next year. Thanks Nick for all your help.

We've used Mark @ iSki for many years now and we are extremely happy. His knowledge of ski areas and accommodation is vast and so helpful when making a decision where to visit. He's also extremely responsive to questions or concerns which makes you feel comfortable when booking. Would 100% recommend

Be very aware booking with this company they demand all of your your money 16 weeks before departure ! Unfortunately one of our party sadly had to cancel 8 weeks prior to departure we have been informed. there is a 60% penalty ( OUTRAGEOUS!) for cancelling 8 weeks prior to departure . And if the paltry refund isn’t bad enough ,yes you’ve guessed correctly after dozens of e mails and phone calls and promises and promises ,8 weeks later we have received exactly ZERO pounds refund . How much longer do we have to wait iski ?

Hi LeHolt Further to our recent conversation I can only apologies for the time it took to get your funds returned to you. As you know I have been working tirelessly to get your money back from the supplier who were holding the funds. As the travel agent who processed your booking we were not acting us the tour operator and as a result we did not hold your money. The funds were request from the tour operator at the point when the cancellation took place and were chased up continually until we received them back. As soon as we had your money we refunded it back to you as quickly as we could. The funds were reconciled into our account from the tour operator on Feb 3rd and the refund was processed back to you within a matter of days. Part of the refund was done via BACS meaning you received it the very next day and the remainder of the funds had to go back onto the card used for the initial payment. Unfortunately card refunds are not as quick as BACS refunds due to the banks processing times but we processed the card refund as quickly as we could. As for your point that we ask clients to pay their balance 16 weeks in advance of travel, I feel as though the word "demand" is rather strong. We are always very flexible with our clients when it comes to balance due dates. As you point out we kindly ask clients to pay their balance 16 weeks in advance of travel. This is because many of the suppliers that we work with have different lead times, some as long as 90 days, and we need to be able to collect the funds from our clients and have enough time to turn them around and get them paid to the supplier. However, we always allow flexibility with this were needed. For example for example I believe the balance for this booking had a due date of Oct 25th but was not paid until Oct 31st and this was totally fine by us. I would also like to point out that the cancellation charge at 60% was based on the term and conditions of the tour operators through whom the holiday was booked. Had iSki been in a position to refund you more then we happily would have done so. Had the refund taken place just 2 weeks earlier the amount lost would only have been the £150 deposit that was initially paid to secure the holiday. I can only apologies that you are not happy with the cancellation charge that the tour operator have in place but as per our recent conversation I can assure you that it is in line with industry standards and is not excessively high when comparing it to other tour operators that we work with. Booked a large party through Nick. To Finland. Such a shame that he didn’t really listen to our needs as if I hadn’t gone out a few weeks before our family of 17 would have been in 3 rooms!! Grandparents adult children in laws and grandchildren. He didn’t know the resort and was just going of other people’s say so. I ended up having to pay more for a fourth then fifth room. Once in resort Ingram’s were amazing. This is a third party site. A week after our return I received an email answering a question I needed an answer for before we traveled! Our flight seats where not ideal as Nick had booked babies in arms on without there family groups so at the airport book in and security insisted on babies being with grandparents not there parents. Apparently this was to save us money! Overall would I book with iski again? Probably not as they where not very responsive to emails nor messages and when booking for large groups you have a big responsibility to others so need answers quickly. The food in resort was good and great skiing for beginners and infants.

We booked our 5th ski holiday through Adrian at Iski. We are a huge group (24 people) and yet as ever Adrian was excellent from start to finish. Accommodation, flights, equipment, lessons - nothing was a problem.

Highly recommended, Mark and Nick are so knowledgeable and really do work hard to find the perfect trip. Booked last minute with iSki in 2024 and with just 2 days notice Mark found us first class accommodation right in the centre of Val d’Isere, he turned a last minute “will stay anywhere we just want to ski” decision into an incredible luxury family trip all in budget. Booking a group ski trip this time for mixed ability all with their own wish lists and iSki have again found something truly special that really will suit everyone, there was potential for faff & disappointment due to numbers/availability but they went the extra mile and sorted it. Excellent and outstanding, thanks Mark, Nick and team.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I zig zagged through the thought process. It is not an easy decision when you're skiing with children for the first time, and whilst he was able to keep me focussed on Obergurgl's advantages, he was also happy to talk about other options. In the end we have gone with Obergurgl, with a really good deal compared with what some others were quoting for a decent hotel over New Year. Can't see how we'll go wrong, it all looks fab, we'll report back!

After a slight mixup with our booking made by Mike (who was passionate, helpful and hardworking), it was sorted out to a reasonable outcome by Adrian. We had to compromise on departure airport which isn't ideal but we can live with it. We then enquired about a group booking for 10 people next year and it seems nobody wants to provide a quote for us! Even after chasing up, we still haven't heard anything back. Perhaps our request was too tricky to manage (which is quite possible) but we would expect to at least have a response, even if to say it is hard to find what we want. Feeling a little offended, and having to source help elsewhere now.

I can only apologise for the mix up with the with the booking in the first place. It was an unfortunately set of circumstances but we worked hard to come up with a solution to find a different flight that would come in at the price. We also paid for overnight airport hotel and parking out of our own pocket as a goodwill gesture to ensure maximum convenience for yourself given the change in the flights. I can only apologies if you feel as though this was still not enough support from ourselves. I truly hope you still had a brilliant holiday despite the need to change the flight details.
