“Adrian was very friendly and efficient. found a great holiday for good price.”

“Adrian, who dealt with my booking, was very knowledgable and resourceful making sure that the information he supplied was both detailed and accurate. He responded quickly and efficiently to all enquiries. Our skiing holiday went off without a hitch and we had a great time.”

“I would highly recommend Adrian (our sales representative ). He was highly knowledgeable regarding the ski areas we were interested in. He was also polite and nothing seemed too much trouble, (even when our numbers and areas of interest changed several times!). He was always easily contacted but was not intrusive, and gave us time to plan our holiday and make decisions. I am very happy with the service so far, many thanks.”

“Transfer was a nightmare, congregated in a group, I went to the loo, the group had gone when I returned, three were left behind, searched thro the lined up buses to no avail, time passed, it was late, we were left, After an hour a courier came back for us, the bus was a km from the terminal, carrying ski gear very difficult, the bus departure delayed by 1.5 hours, refreshment stop s closed, men peeing all over the place, stopped in public bus station for women, very late in , pick up couriers gone off duty, people tired unable to find their lodges. Some heroic performances by one male staff guy. But senseless delay with knock on consequences because the courier didn't ensure all the group was there before she started the 1 km walk to the bus”

Hi Ralph. Thanks you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear of your experience whilst aboard. As the travel agent rather than the tour operator the operational side of the holiday is completely out of our control but we do not like to hear that one of our customers has not enjoyed a holiday that we booked for them. I sincerely hope that there were no problems with your dealings with iSki prior to the departure of the holiday. “In fact this was barely at all about online service. I had repeated phone conversations with Adrian Russell. He could not have been more friendly, helpful or informative about my preferred ski resort and the choice of hotels. Nor did he in any sense try to pressure me. On the basis of this experience I shall certainly be recommending iSki and expect to use their services again in the future.”

“Dear iSki I just want to say Adrian was absolutely fantastic. He arranged everything, getting myself, my son and friend, accomodation in the hotel our friends are staying at. His attention to detail was second to none and he even contacted me on a Saturday evening, to give me the news that he was confident of getting the holiday we were seeking. I will definately and already have be recommending iSki in future. Many, many thanks. Craig Erentz.”
