“I have never had such good service from an agent before, when I rang out of hours just prior to departure someone rang me back late at night in response to the message I left. Someone else rang me the following day to make sure I was OK. Added to that the holiday was a good deal!”

“Booked with Paul. He was very helpful and was true to his word. He helped problem solve, weighed up pros and cons and came up with a great back up plan if our first option wasn’t available. Fortunately it was. Also sent us a restaurant recommendation I’ll definately keep his details when booking next year.”

“I booked a last minute holiday on Saturday 26th January to travel the following weekend. My chosen chalet and destination had been booked out before I could confirm, so the brilliant Paul Easton immediately offered an alternative, which happened to be a much better option in a larger resort with a five star rated chalet! Also, Paul was great as he gave a restaurant recommendation down the valley for the chalet staff's night off. We will definitely be booking into this restaurant as I have no doubt that Paul knows his stuff (and wine!). Thank you iSki - looking forward to a great week.”
