“We are a party of 10 with kids and mixed abilities and requirements. Adrian Russell supplied us with some great options and went over and above the call of duty to get us all the information re required including snow reports for various resorts in Austria and France! He was responsive and proactive in his approach without being pushy which is a great skill. We are delighted with the deal as we had a particular budget to work to and we feel we recieved some additional value-adds which was appreciated by the group. Thanks to Adrian and Iski!
