“"The Flower Girl" provided the bouquet on behalf of Interflora. It was beautifully presented and delivered by hand by their in-house delivery driver who was full of smiles and pleasantries. Such a welcome change to an earlier flower delivery (not Interflora) in a crushed box and left on the doorstep after the driver ran off!”

“This was the f8rst time I had a problem and needed some customer support. Being partially sighted, I found this to be very challenging. The live chat is unavailable in the evening and there is no longer a telephone service. You disappointed me when I read that my email would be 4esponded to within 48 hours, which I thought was poor not something you pride yourself in. I However difficult I found the help process, once you were aware of the issue, my order was amended and delivered very promptly.”

“The level of professionalism and customer service was very exceptional. On the initial day of delivery the recipient missed the delivery but that didn't stop them from reattempting to delivered in which they did. Throughout the time I was provided with updates and next steps. Thank you for the extreme care and professionalism.”

“I received a spring bunch in a large size. Some of the flowers appeared dead on arrival so I couldn't use them in the vase, and overall am a little disappointed. I thought, per the image on the website, there would be more flowers and with a broader array of colour. I wouldn't pay £55 for the same bunch again - sorry.”

“Flowers were delivered two days late for an important birthday. Apparently the florist couldn’t ring the recipient’s UK phone number as they were being delivered in the USA. Makes the “inter” part of Interflora rather pointless. Ridiculous.”

“My niece received her flowers in a pot when it was expected and was delighted with it. I havent used Interflora for wee while, so it was newto me to have to pay for delivery or have her pick it up free from a store. She is recuperating from an operation, so that was not an option, so turned out a bit more expensive than I would have chosen. Otherwise, happy that she is happy with the gift.”

“Well, the plant arrived upside down. Mud everywhere. And the plant was squashed badly. My daughter on receipt was very disappointed. As it was for a birthday gift so was I. The box of chocolates were laying in the mud from plant. I know it was not your fault but delivery driver. Thought I would let you know.”
