“1st order I placed was cancelled by Interflora due to an oversight by Interflora !! Second order I place I stayed that I did not want my details on order when deliver as it was a surprise and low and behold my details was on the order when delivered thirdly my order could not be delivered on day I wanted so ores was delivered two days before the recipients birthday !!!”

“I'm sure the flowers delivered were lovely, but there was a complete lack of communication on Interflora's part. I needed to contact Customer Services after I placed the order, and speaking to someone on the phone doesn't seem to be an option, and my email and social media requests for contact went unanswered. On the day of delivery there was no tracking provided or available, and I had no idea if my flowers had been delivered. This was for a relative's 80th birthday, so the experience was annoyingly stressful.”

“Expensive and underwhelming considering the price paid. Bought a birthday bouquet which arrived at 4pm on my mother's Birthday. The day was practically over. The amount of flowers in the bouquet did not match the price paid for it. I have used interflora before and I'm very disappointed and will consider alternative florist services in the future.”
