“Very disappointed as I choose Interflora as a trusted brand to deliver flowers to my sister in Canada who had recently had surgery. I ordered Buzzworthy Blooms Bouquet as I knew she'd like the bee theme. I arranged delivery for 30th June. I hadn't heard anything from my sister on the Tuesday (they are behind us) and it wasn't until the Wednesday that I had an email from your customer services to say that they are struggling to find a florist that could fulfill the order but was continuing to try. I then had a messaged left on my mobile on the Wednesday to say that they couldn't get the Buzzworthy but was going to leave it to the florists discretion to make up an arrangement to the same value. By the time I listened to the message your office was closed and then the next day the flowers were delivered. I have subsequently have sent an email to customer services but haven't had a response. I remain dissatisfied as neither did I get either the product I ordered or when I ordered it for. I'm not sure what I got in replacement and its value as it didn't come with a vase.”

“The flowers looked nice and were delivered on time, but unfortunately, they started to wilt and had to be thrown away within 3 to 4 days. My wife received flowers from other companies that have lasted much longer. I suspect this may be because they were ordered on a Monday rather than mid-week.”

“Disappointed by service on this occasion. Birthday flowers delivered at 8pm. Flowers left at the door of a care home!! I phoned from 30 miles away for the home to take them in. I understood a local florist would be used in the case. This scenario would appear to indicate otherwise. My relative appears happy with the quality.”
