“After ordering a bouquet to be delivered on 3rd January 2026 for a significant birthday, I received an email on 3rd January to say that due to some stock issues they would be unable to deliver on that day. A new date of the 5th January was arranged which, although I was disappointed with, I agreed would be acceptable. On the 4th January I then received an email to say the bouquet would be delivered on 4th January, this was duly delivered and the recipient was pleased with the bouquet they got. The correspondence I had with Rob and Lara from customer care was excellent, (they were very apologetic on behalf of the company) and I know that due to the time of year that problems with supplies may occur but, how, if there were stock issues on the 3rd January, how could they be resolved on a Sunday (4th January) and the bouquet be delivered. I would probably still order from Interflora again as I prefer to support independant services than large chains but would be reluctant to order for a weekend delivery. The bouquet I ordered was delivered to the recipient and so am unable to say what it looked like but the recipient has said they were beautiful and for that I am grateful.”

“The Interflora site is easy to use and being able to choose the bouquet you want to send. I was kept informed which local florist had received my request, who was preparing it and when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered, along with a photo of the bouquet. All in all, a very good service.”

“Ordered two lots of flowers for delivery on 2nd January 2026. One of the orders was delivered two days early which messed up my request to have them delivered on the same day.”

“Delivered on time but quality not as expected. For luxury bunch, there was not as many flowers or as dense as shown in Interflora photo example. Appreciate flowers may differ, but standard should be the same.”

“2 orders sent for 23rd December Email for each on the day saying delivered; received by the right person Today found that one of my recipients mived a few months ago. Rechecked the delivery receipt Now says was sent back to Interflora I never has any notification of this? Qouks you not normally advise the sender?”
