“Excellent rates, bearing in mind special insurance needs. Good, comprehensive explanation of different choices of underwriter including pros and cons of each. Overall, achieved a comprehensive review of needs in a relatively short phone call, and arranged higher quality insurance at a much cheaper price than previous insurer. There was a slight discrepancy in the statement of fact but this was resolved without issue and without an admin fee.”
