“My policy has only just been taken out and I still await the paperwork, and have no idea how helpful the company will be should I need to make a claim, but the telephone assistant was friendly, informative, easy to understand and sounded reliable, so so far my experience has been good.”

“Accessed via comparison site and clearly the policy I chose offered far and away the best value. There was however a really frustrating problem, when having read the basics and obtained more from site visit, your system persisted in barring me access to accepting the quote and paying for it. It is probable that if your value had not been so superior to the next closest one, I would have given upon Intelligent Finance and moved elsewhere. Situation was retrieved by friendly and efficient agent by phone. Even retired people don’t have unlimited time nor do they possess endless patience.”
