“Well engineered item supplied with all the fixings required. Coach bolts supplied for fitting to stud work wall a bit over the top, handy if you want to secure a tank to the wall. Due to its construction the affixed tv stands proud of the wall More than I would have liked. All that aside, an excellent product,.”

“Outstanding personal customer service. Wasn't sure about ordering brackets for my tv from this company at first but when I phoned, the man I spoke to was informative, helpful and spoke in a friendly personal manner. The tv brackets arrived the next day by FedEx which i was very impressed. Received regular notifications on the status of the delivery. The brackets are a perfect fit for my tv and were easy to assemble. It comes with more than enough screws, bolts, washers and spacers to accommodate different type of fittings. My only disappointment is that the tv can move side to side when sitting on the bracket. It does not fully lock in place. Other than that, I would definitely recommend using this company. They give great customer interaction, quality product and are trustworthy.”

“IMpressively solid bracket for our 55 inch tv. The booklet of instructions was rather short on detail, so I supplemented this with looking at various Youtube videos and managed to get installation right eventually.”

“A very strong well engineered bracket, with one fault; the central hinge joint is over stiff, there is a strong temptation to grasp the edge of the TV set to manipulate it which, if carried out, would probably damage the tbsps due to the level of force required.”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. Please note on a majority of the brackets all pivots/joints can be manually adjusted for tension and all pivots can be made to operate with less resistance if needed by applying a small application of WD40. “Purchasing and delivery were good, great communication checking I had the correct bracket for my tv. Made really well only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I had to remove it once fitted to fit spacers washers to get it away from the wall as the screws that fix your TV to the bracket hit the wall when angled forward. Easy fix but maybe should be mentioned in instructions.”

“Excellent customer service, and delivery as we live off the mainland. Bracket well made and strong, the only issue I have is the bracket is held to the TV with one small screw. The television would move if knocked, just means straightening it again. Overall happy.”
