“I ordered and paid for the bracket. Expected delviery - NEVER came, notified it was reyurned but no re-delviery or refund..... can i have my bracket or refund please as it was not delviered by your courier....family was at home all day....”

“Sadly the bracket does not work with the tv it said it worked with so be careful as the description is inaccurate”

“Very disappointed by the bracket, even though my 32inch tv is very light there is considerable dropping once the bracket was fixed to the wall which made fitting it to precise height rather difficult. Also worth mentioning that you can by the same branded Intec bracket from Amazon for £30 less so I'm feeling doubly disappointed having paid the Intec web site price.”

Hi Deborah, Thank you. Surprised to read your review as we are available by email, land-line and mobile to answer any technical queries, help with bracket selection and to resolve any issues with brackets or installations and we have had no contact regarding this issue. Now we are aware of it, we will reach out to you to resolve as there should not be any drop on that bracket unless something is faulty or it has not been installed correctly. Regarding Amazon, we do sell used, old stock items and overstocks of new items and while on these lines there can be a price difference we have a price match promise and will match to any seller online or otherwise anywhere in the UK so hopewfully we are fair to everyone. As above we will catch up with you and try to resolve so you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

“Good information provided prior to purchase, however pointless as the parcel was not delivered to me but the driver stated he had. I spent £67.99 for a bracket, never received and they refused to accept their courier was incompetent and left my item at a different address 😡”

“DO NOT buy from this company. Faulty £179 bracket purchased. It won’t sit flat & tilts forwards. It also drops down at one side because the bracket is faulty, meaning the tv isn’t straight. I’ve been told it’s a two man job to simply adjust it each time you use it, which is just ridiculous. Customer service absolutely appalling, I am expected to dismantle it & return it via Royal Mail. I’ve tried everything to resolve this but they are supremely rude & not interested in helping to resolve this. I have emailed & phoned repeatedly! I am now going to have to purchase a bracket from elsewhere & pay again for an engineer to fit it. An awful experience, absolute shame on this company.”

Thank you for your feedback We are very sorry the experience was unsatisfactory for you, but as explained several times, the tension on the various adjustments on the bracket needed to be made and set when it was installed. This is a straightforward process and any competent installer should do this as a matter of course. Correctly set up, the operation of the bracket is straightforward and does not require two people. As you requested, we arranged for the collection of the bracket at our expense (not by Royal Mail at your expense as you stated), and you were fully refunded. The returned bracket has been fully tested and there is nothing faulty. We have designed, sold and installed TV brackets for nearly 15 years. We are available by telephone and email for technical help and assistance and will always go the extra mile to help every customer.
