Purchasing and delivery were good, great communication checking I had the correct bracket for my tv. Made really well only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I had to remove it once fitted to fit spacers washers to get it away from the wall as the screws that fix your TV to the bracket hit the wall when angled forward. Easy fix but maybe should be mentioned in instructions.
