“I bought the bracket as it said it was for the sky glass TV. But when I got the tv it has its own bracket to mount the tv so I didn’t need the bracket. It will be used for another tv”

Hi Jackie, Thank you for your review. All sky Glass TVs are supplied with a flat non adjustable bracket and we check all orders to ensure customers do not order a similar bracket. However, you ordered an adjustable tilting bracket which is a different type of bracket to that supplied with the TV, so we supplied the order. All orders have no quibble returns if needed but glad you were able to use it on another TV.

“Came with the wrong mounting bolts had to spend £5 to get the correct bolts make sure you bare this in mind when placing an order. Previously had no issue these are the second lot of brackets I’ve ordered from the company which is a shame as there usually competitive and provide a quality product.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the review. We check every order and as long as the TV model number is stated on the order, we ensure any different/ extra TV screws/ washers /bolts etc required are added into the bracket box. This should ensure there is never an occasion where anyone has to buy additional items. Checking your order, I can see that the order required an extra set of longer M4 screws for your TV and while this was added to the order, I can see on the despatch record it is missing. This is our mistake and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will follow up internally. In the meantime, I have arranged a refund of the £5 cost you incurred.
