“After speaking to team about renewal the offer was made for an approach to be made to insurers to see if some discount could be applied to policy. This indeed was achieved and I renewed the policy again. Just to add the customer service was very good and even if the discount had not been possible, because the effort was made, I would have renewed my policy anyway.”
