“I emailed IPG Admin on 21 Feb - the day after the renewal quote came through to say it was a bit steep and to ask what could be done - but by 27 Feb nobody had replied, so I had to phone! Amanda Foy was really helpful and was able to deal with it straight away. She has kindly agreed to be our point of contact going forward, as we insure other rentals with you. A very personable lady and highly efficient.”
