“I used to be with the same company for years with my a commercial property , and should have switched to I.P. earlier than I did. Just renewed for the 3rd year as they have been competitive rather than companies who draw you with discount introductory rate, then ramp the premiums it hoping on an auto- renewal. I havent had any experience of claims but , Ill continue to renew providing these guys remain competitive.”
