“The packing was damaged but that’s not your fault but as a result the guitar had some cosmetic damage. You offered a 20% discount which I thought was fair. I would happily buy off you again!”

“purchased via ebay, had a small problem with a tuner not working, this was quickly resolved withut hassle. Standard of a great company isn't whether they never have a problem, it's how they resolve a problem. In this case they did a first class job”
