“Excellent in every respect. Great customer service from start to finish. We have purchased quite a few items from Innes and they have gone out of their way to answer product questions, keep us updated on delivery etc. emails are responded to quickly. They even sent a private driver to deliver a large quality piece of furniture from Hull to Tring so that it wouldnt get damaged.”

“My first purchase from Innes, was a small one, but I received a phone-call to advise of expected delivery time. This was a pleasant surprise, as you don’t often get this level of consideration nowadays. I also received a phone call when the item was dispatched. Item (Girard snake by Vitra) was lovely, very pleased with it. Huge thanks ❤️”
