“Very happy with my order. There was a slight issue with a couple of damaged slabs but this was dealt with and refunded very fast and efficiently. Correspondence was also very helpful and I only have good things to say for this company. Very reasonable prices and top quality too. Highly recommended ✅”

“My lovely paving arrived but as we unwrapped we found two bottom tiles were broken. I emailed the company who took a bit of time to reply however when they did the issue was sorted successfully. Paving look amazing down. Definitely not slippy as stated.”

It is disappointing to hear that your email to our customer service team went unanswered, as it is our goal to provide prompt and efficient assistance to all our customers. We understand your frustration, and we completely agree that exceptional customer service is just as important as a great product. We would like to make things right and ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. As such, we have refunded both of your damaged tiles even though our damage policy includes an allowance of a couple of damaged slabs per pack (usually brought down to 1 if it's a single size 900x600 pack). “Ordering was simple on line. The order was delivered promptly and the stone is beautiful. I had several emails to let me know when delivery was coming and it came as stated. Very pleased, especially after my initial order from a different company had to be cancelled. Highly recommend this supplier.”

“I rang up Monday morning to clarify my order as I ordered Sunday evening on line. All my information was on their system and they 100% confirmed my order, which was very reassuring as I am a slight technophobe. By the Wednesday ( less than 3 days later) my delivery had arrived before I had even arrived for work and was left in a considerate and thoughtful state. Great communication and certainly great value. I will definitely use them again! In fact my next job in 2 weeks time. 👍”
