“The paving arrived on time but the delivery driver was unhelpful and dropped pallets off on the pavement and blocked access, so was told to move them. The packaging was superb with only 2 slabs broken out of over 50 meters, quality of the stone again is excellent, great to do business with you guys!!

There were 2 broken slabs but I allowed for this in my purchase and to be honest, I think I broke one of the slabs when emptying the pallets. I have used some 40m2 of them for my patio and it looks stunning. In addition to their high quality product range Rowan's team has also demonstrated their excellent customer support services. As a comeback customer I wanted to buy the same Indian sandstone again for my front patio and footpath but I made a mistake in calculating the number of slabs I need. I ordered twice as much as I needed which could have caused an unnecessary overspent of some £2400. Rowan went the extra mile talking with his supplier and carrier to help me amend the order. “Very fast service came within 5 days as promised 7 pallet loads, my only tiny issue was we were expecting a little more notice of delivery which we only got the day before from the haulage company and we had sent emails and tried phoning infinite for this information but could get no response, so overall excellent just a little lacking communication.
