“Ordered on the second o January. Rang up on the 3rd of January explaining I have ordered the wrong size light base with my crystal a lady told me someone would contact me but no-one has. Emailed twice since then and had no reply. Paid £99 had no reply still not received a dispatch notice I'm now beginning to worry if I'll receive my order at all.”

“Really disappointed with this purchase, I have several ones from other places and they look amazing, the photo engraved has the lining of the photo and they have not even placed it properly in the heart, all others look like it isn't even from a photograph, way too much space has been left and looks tacky, defo won't be ordering from here again, ended up wasting £50, ended up going back to a place I have went before gave the same photo and got it delivered today, looks 10x better and doesn't have the sides of the photo in the heart. It did cost more than this one I bought but considering I just wasted £50 and wouldn't even think about giving this as a gift to anyone, I guess it is true, you get what you pay for, I just wish I actually knew before hand before I ordered and saved me money.”

“This was the second incrystal I've order and it's just a nice as the first. The picture and writing were nicely placed. I would have liked to have seen a preview and been able to separate the writing on to different lines but that's just a preference. Really pleased with my order, thank you”
