“I work for a college with a very hit and miss finance system that sometimes informs that an order has been processed but actually it hasn't. I mentioned this to our sales rep and said if the order didn't come through to give me a call. Unfortunately in my post its very easy to forget that you've placed an order and if it doesn't turn up just do another but Ben spotted that the order hadn't arrived so called and was happy to take the order directly over the phone the good duly arrived and that was great!”
