“Fantastic clear & concise service over the phone, my call handler was very patient as it was my first time setting up home insurance, and she was able to provide me with clear examples of answers I may have been unsure about. 100% would use again and recommend to all!”

“The renewal documents were sent out three weeks prior to the current policy expiry date - giving plenty of time to review and consider the details. A follow up call was received a week before the expiry date giving time for everything to be put in place. The caller was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful, making renewal so easy all round.”
