“I needed to insure 2 rental flats - one in London and one in Edinburgh. Neil Webb was extremely helpful and very patient as, because of some areas of uncertainty, the requirements changed a couple of times. The blanket buildings cover of up to £1,000,000 is particularly useful as rebuilding costs are so hard to estimate.”

“When I called to renew my annual Holiday Home insurance policy the phone was answered quickly and once I had quoted my policy number your staff member (sorry, I can't remember his name) soon had my details and efficiently did the transaction. Excellent. I will renew again next year,”
