“Excellent customer service. Particularly appreciated the alternative quote sent with the renewal quote for one policy. Also appreciated the call back, to pay just before the policies were due. All staff spoken to were very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you”

“I was pleased to get a warning that my policy was due three weeks ahead. The lady who followed up was very courteous. I then had an alarm call 24 hours before my previous policy ran out. All in all a good service Brian Bennetts”
