“i4me reminded me on several occasions that my insurance was running out, which gave me time to research other suppliers. During the final call, I was able to discuss my questions and the operator was able to reassure me that I had the cover I was seeking. Our discussions were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Anna”

“The renewal notice came in plenty of time so I could price match the policy. It wasn't the cheapest I could find but the cover was slightly better so I stayed with i4me. The renewal process was so simple and took only a few minutes Policy documents are sent in a format I can upload to the holiday rental portal so everything was very simple and quick”

“We asked for a quote online but were advised we would receive a telephone quote. The telephone agent was friendly and efficient. We used the link he emailed to purchase the insurance. Very simple procedure at an excellent price.”

“Up until now the support I have had from i4me has been excellent but for this renewal I wa going to cancel as the premium had gone up to £892 . Ben who was helpful , rechecked the cover and found a Aviva quote for same cover for £435 . Why didn’t I get this when the renewal came through .”
