“Up until now the support I have had from i4me has been excellent but for this renewal I wa going to cancel as the premium had gone up to £892 . Ben who was helpful , rechecked the cover and found a Aviva quote for same cover for £435 . Why didn’t I get this when the renewal came through .”

“James Olley was amazing! I was having trouble creating the online quote so called to ask for some support. James stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and supported me and explained terms in detail to allow me to understand. If I could give him a 10/10 review personally I would! I was really lost and he made me feel heard and understood with my needs.”

“Super simple insurance for my holiday cottage. Beat the cost of my previous insurers by around 20%! Helpful staff - no waiting in queues to talk to someone as its a small firm. Highly recommended.”

“Recently renewed our holiday home insurance policy. Very pleased, only a slight rise in premium, all information from previous year transferred across to the new policy, and sensible adjustment of buildings and contents cover made by i4me (which we always check). Courtesy call about 7-10 days before - I raised one change which was made without fuss. A very positive, professional, intelligent, 'grown-up', painless experience for the second time. What a pleasant change. Would definitely recommend.”
