“I've just renewed for my third annual building and contents insurance with i4me: during this period they've partnered with me on a change of use of the house - holiday letting to residential use - as well as covering construction with an absentee owner. Throughout, their communications have been clear and timely, helping me make sure that the property remais appropriately covered. It's not cheap but last time I did a more detailed market comparison they remained competitive, and their service would still be worth a premium.”

“I phoned to discuss my policy renewal with additional cover. The phone was answered promptly and my query dealt with professionally and courteously. The whole process was dealt with in about 5 minutes, including payment. I only wish that experiences with other organisations could come half-way towards that which I experienced with i4me.”

“Great customer service. I was an ex-customer of i4me and when my policy renewal date was approaching I received an out of the blue letter with a considerably better renewal price than my current provider. Following a very simple call, with a very efficient advisor, the renewal process was easy. Thanks i4me!”

“I was pleased to get a warning that my policy was due three weeks ahead. The lady who followed up was very courteous. I then had an alarm call 24 hours before my previous policy ran out. All in all a good service Brian Bennetts”
