“Came back really quickly with a good quote that undercut other quotes but had more inclusions. Answered the phone really quickly - hooray!! Security questions were quickly dealt with and were not onerous. All was really simple and clear cut. Just how it should be”

“iAme reminded me in plenty of time of my renewal date by email and in the mail and when I had still forgotten a few days before, they phoned to check.. The quote was good and the payment process was easy. The lady on the phone was professional, polite and friendly. I look forward to using iAme for the forseeable future.”

“Easy to talk to when I called and helpful I managed to get a better price and was helped to hopefully make a successful claim on lost bookings for my holiday let, in these financially difficult times. It was Lynne Tomlinson then a Liz who emailed but a young man on the phone who did all the sorting for me but I don't remember his name. I am waiting to hear from the claims people but the email was efficient.”

“The online application was simple to complete. I found the whole process very professional and reassuring. The prices quoted were also highly competitive. Of the various competitors I tried before making a final decision, i4me stood out as the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. This was confirmed when I had to call to clarify one of the questions and the call was answered by a knowledgeable person within a few rings, not some massive call centre staffed by script readers.”
