“i4me offer what I believe to be a good value insurance on a holiday rental cottage. They are responsive on the phone to the only annual query I make, which is to review the premium they have set. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim, so I cannot comment on that aspect.”

“I have a difficult to insure cottage; its in a flood risk area and used for holiday lets. I was disappointed that the premium had risen 10% per year for the last 2 years and queried this. I was offered an explanation ie indexation and holiday let properties are apparently high risk for damage.”
