“Helpful and polite during telephone calls. In a busy world it is easy to forget various jobs, so it was very helpful that they wrote and phoned to remind us that the insurance was due to expire.”

“Good service, with phone calls to chase. Price good first year but despite no claims, 15% up for next year- with no explanation. When they phoned, got a reasonable discount. Overall it's much better than dealing with a huge organisation, but not necessarily quite as cheap (though nearly there!).”
