“Very friendly Customer service and diligent but not 'pushy' sales team. Helped me get a far better deal last year and made other companies service look amateur, especially Towergate.”

“It was so easy to renew on line and what's covered and what's not covered is clearly explained. If it had not been so easy I might have gone back to the market as you increased my premium by £50.00! Also to send me my renewal notice accompanied by 9 attachments is toooo many attachments”

“Useful online application. Quick to respond to queries. Minimum of 50K buildings cover which is more than I needed. Premium for a timber chalet worth 40K is more than my 4 bed detached house worth 400K?!?”
