“I4me gave the Best price. The renewal premium did go up after the first year but this was more because of government increased changes. I have not had to claim anything but that is when you really find out if a company is any goid”

“I called to understand why my household insurance premium had been increased by 9% in a no-claims year. The customer service rep was attentive, efficient, and informed. Within minutes he reviewed the cover, removed the unnecessary automatic indexing and reduced the increase to an acceptable 5%. I came away satisfied after initially feeling that I was being taken for a ride yet again on an unjustified premium increase.”
