“A quote was sent in the post a month early, which after comparison turned out to be competitive. At least a week after this I was given a very polite call to discuss it, which I was not able to do at the time. I later called them back and they found my details quickly, checked it was all ok and were happy to email me a copy for my review. I chose to pay online rather than call them back, which was easy. The only downside was there was no confirmation email sent at the time of purchase, just a reference number supplied onscreen. Not a big issue just it is usually nice to receive confirmation of approved payment. The policy documents arrived 4 days later, 5 days before my policy start date.”
