“My insurance for a holiday let property was due for renewal and my existing broker was quoting a significantly increased premium. I looked for an alternative on the internet. i 4 me came up with two prices both of which were even higher than my existing broker. I was about to renew with the latter when a representative from i 4me telephoned and told me that she might be able to get a lower price. She did. The new price was about half. Obviously I accepted gratefully. Ironically I note that the underwriter is the same one used by my previous broker. I am very happy with the new premium but I am left wondering how the industry comes up with its premiums.”

“Very good price for what is a good insurance cover on my property Also the communication is excellent with both email and post I also like the fact that there is continuous communication throughout and not just when a policy is due for renewal I would recommend to other people Martin Berriman”

“"Happy" is just the wrong word to describe buying buildings insurance! However the experience was easy enough. I would have preferred if it was simpler - especially with regard to using clearer language.”
