“i4me have provided me with holiday home insurance for the past 4 yrs. They provide a competitive price and equally important is the excellent customer service. Never a problem to get through to speak to a helpful and friendly adviser. My only criticism is that each year the premium seems to go up by quite a large amount requiring re negotiation. If this continues I will need to really look around at other providers, but I would like to stick to i4me for as long as possible as I am very happy with them.”

“Sadly I was unable to get a reduction in my payment (Martin Lewis wouldn’t be happy) but I was very impressed with the two young men that I spoke to. Yes they were doing their job in selling their product but they were very pleasant and understanding in doing so. That’s why I’ve given a four star rating.”

“Everything was quite straightforward and the staff I talked to were very helpful and pleasant. The only criticism I have is: The day after I purchased the insurance I received a phone call from one of the agents asking if I wished to complete the quote. This led me to have to check whether I had actually purchased the insurance or had I been scammed. I am over 70 years and my memory is not what it used to be. I await my insurance papers by mail and then will be confident I have a bonifide insurance.”
