“I had ended the policy a year previously, so was agreeably surprised when you came back with a competitive quote when this year,s renewal came up. Each year it is a bind to go through the process of securing a reasonable quote , so to get one without asking was very gratifying.”

“Gentlemen I spoke to was excellent and I don’t normally speak when renewing but my husband has dementia now and doesn’t speak on the phone too well so it was nice to speak with somebody who was so helpful. Many thanks Mary Wilcox”
