“A great surprise on moving to this insurance broker as they are so easy to deal with and can take account of your personal requirements. Ours was that we spend three months abroad at one time and it was much easier than I thought to get get insurance cover for such a prolonged period in one go. They were very helpful and understanding over the phone and also make renewing with them easy.”

“I was sent the renewal documents, followed up by a phone call. I declined to renew at that stage as I wanted to check whether the premium was competitive compared to other brokers. After doing this i was satisfied that the premium reflected value for money, although I felt that their management administrative fee at £39 waas excessive.”

“I4me we’re good in reminding me to renew my annual landlords insurance policy, and were not pushy but explained again what I was covered for and what not. I have not claimed in the last 5 years so I have no experience how they deal with claims but I would hope they would be just as efficient and considerate.”
