“I found the training easy to follow and it made sense. Any mistatkes I made in calculalations were because of slips on my part and not because it was hard to follow. I would have valued a module/ session on equipment and what it needed. To help beginners it would be useful to know what is needed as a minimum and if there are any assessments on different providers of equipment. Things to consider and things to avoid with equipment. Looking at prices on line there is quite a difference in what is offered.”

“This is my second time of using i2Comply Online training. I find the whole process easy to understand and follow....It is an advantage that you can pause the course and retake the assessment...although I haven't needed to do that !! The courses are comprehensive, reasonable cost and the certificate at the end a integral part of the price. The accreditation is recognised by employers.”

“It’s really easy way to get the test but you need to send the psychical copy of the certificate as well when the customer pass the test many thanks”

“On page 8 of the section "Bias: performance, attribution, likeability, maternal", when answers are submitted, the label "incorrect" appears, even if the answers were correct. This made me go back to check definitions. Answers given were right. I repeated that test and was told again that answers were incorrect (but they were correct). Best if test is corrected to avoid confusion on the trainee. Otherwise, great and effective tool!”

“The content was great and presented in an accessible way but the technical side was a little annoying. Even using a laptop with a 14'' screen I constantly scrolled to move to the next slide. What was distracting and didn't help to be focused on content.”

“Content of the courses I have done has been good. The only frustration is the slightly difficult navigation when it comes to allocating training etc for other staff. Could be improved.”
