“The course itself was fine however i think it was wrongly titled. The course was called root cause analysis, and in fact it was not about that - but was about accident investigation instead. The part on Root cause analysis was very short and basically said that you dont do it.... Just booked it online so only automated emails”

The whole course is about using Root Cause Analysis methodology to investigate incidents in a health care environment. We would be very interested to understand why and where you feel we state that we 'don't do it', it being RCA. We always appreciate comments on our courses and use the feedback to make improvements. “The content was great and presented in an accessible way but the technical side was a little annoying. Even using a laptop with a 14'' screen I constantly scrolled to move to the next slide. What was distracting and didn't help to be focused on content.”
