“The subject knowledge provided was clear and understandable - the mini 'check-up' assessments at the end of each module were useful in consolidating what I had learnt. The notes I made from undertaking the training are extremely thorough and I feel confident referring to them in case of a fire emergency.”

“Everything was very simple. How to access the learning & print off certificates were emailed in great detail, & when i wanted to create a group i simply emailed the gentleman back, and he set it up for me immediately & again emailed me explicit details of how to add members etc. The site itself is very easy to move around & the staff completed their training with no problems & printed off their certificates immediately. Very impressed.”

Dear Faraidoon Are you sure you have posted your review to the correct supplier? The course is an online awareness training course that has no blended component and no offer to talk to a trainer. I can’t find any record of a communication from you via our telephone support line or email - other than your original purchase.
