“The course was so user friendly and easy to complete, even though every aspect is covered. Very competitive price for the course as well as an on hand great friendly service advisor if you needed. Elaine, thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you found the wait frustrating. Almost all purchases made during office hours are dealt with within 40 minutes and a high proportion of these within a few minutes. Looking at the records it looks like it was around 30 minutes from the time your purchase was made until login details were sent. Users are not automatically added so that we can check whether or not the purchaser is the person taking the training and also whether the person already has a profile. “I have now used this facility several times personally and found the Course very appropriate in terms of information gain, and assessment. I am very much focused on the Customer Experience in my business life, so I would like to go on record as saying the Customer Support with I2Comply has been second to none, they have gone that extra mile every time. Absolutely great to deal with. I know they are a Team, but I do have to single out Marcus there. I now intend putting staff through this training, as well as Suppliers.
