“Booked a delegate on a GDRP course kept freezing at one point even attempting 4 5 times. Not good at all”

Dear Assam We are really sorry to hear your delegate had problems with connectivity for the GDPR course. I see that they did manage to complete the course, but it must have been frustrating. The most likely reason for the problems is that your colleague was using a browser that was not up to date, or an iPad /iPhone with an operating system that needs to be updated. If any more of your colleagues do the course, then please ask them to make sure their browser or device has the latest version of software.
