“Good quality product and customer service. Not giving five stars because there was no attention to the final touches and they had to come back to finish it”

Thank you for your kind review of our product and service. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish the job in the specified time, due to issues with the wall prep when we arrived on site. Whilst we are sorry that you could not give us 5 stars, we hope that our free revisit to finish the details helped to resolve this issue for you.

“Hycom- find guys on internet, give a call and very friendly stuff- immediately come out for site visit ( 4h away from us). Agreed on spec and prices- always very helpful and flexible. Install day come very quickly- small team arrival to do the job, however their passion and work quality talk itself. Very nice job done in only a few days. Second visit was organised later for finishing touch.”
