“extremely helpful and caring staff , having had a small problem with my order which was my error helen was fantastic at sorting out my worries and arranged for next day delivery at a extra cost so it would b delivered before 10.30am on a Saturday . very happy many thanks paul hotston”

“My order was fulfilled very quickly, delivered very quickly. Packaging had two rips in it (carrier to blame here) but luckily there was only minimal abrasions to the panels.”

Oh gosh our first ever One Star Review :( I am so sorry you have had that experience. We are always here to help if you have any problems. 01420559802 Just to explain our website is geared up to send 2.44m objects 99% of the time. It is the best we can do to set some automations on the shipping cart. So we have a minimum plus a nominal fee for the number of items. We have in the past refunded anything that doesn't work out to be good value for. Not often but occasionally someone will order 100 items that are just trims so these 100 items if they are not 2.44m x 1.22m sheets may work out more of a shopping cart charge than delivery if its not ending up on a pallet. The web cart is normally very good. As normally people order Sheets Trims adhesive and then some accessories. We would have seen the charge to us and refunded this naturally. The amount we would plan to refund £10.50 which I will authorise now regardless of any other communications between us. Just for our own feedback was the shipping not clear when you made the order? Just in case we can make that clearer. Perhaps I could put a contact form in there to help people at that point. Anyway hope that explains it and you understand that we are not normally profiting from deliveries as a game plan! Gavin MD Hycom
